by commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
✦ Commissions are intended for non-commercial/personal use only. If you wish to commission commercial work, please contact me via email and specify.✦ You may not sell, reproduce, or alter the artwork you paid for.✦ Complete payment must be paid and cleared before I start your commission.✦ Major revisions (such as posing, whole outfits, etc.) after the sketch has been approved will be subject to extra charges. Please confirm all revisions before approving the sketch.✦ I have the right to reject any commission request.✦ You may repost the piece only if it is credited properly, linking to either my Twitter/Instagram/Tiktok.✦ I reserve all rights to my artwork, and I am allowed to put commissioned work in my portfolio, social media sites, etc. (unless specified to be kept private by the client for a period of time.)✦ Artwork process time depends on the circumstances of the artist (such as emergencies, vacations, etc.), so there is no absolute date that the client will receive the artwork, unless a rush fee has been paid.✦ I require visual and descriptive references for each aspect of your piece, unless you decide to give me creative liberty (this must be specified in the commission form). I will not be held responsible for any missed information, but will accept revisions with an added fee.✦ Any type of commission that violates these terms will be cancelled.

process

✦ Once payment is cleared, I will send thumbnail sketches (tiny rough drawings that help establish the composition of the image, general placement of subject, etc.) within 1-3 business days. When that is approved, I will move on to a more refined and detailed sketch. Feedback and communication of desired changes are highly welcome at both of these planning stages in order to avoid difficult revisions down the line.✦ Any major changes or revisions must be made before finalizing the sketch; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.✦ If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the revisions will be discussed. Simple changes (ex: changing the color of character's hair, sizing down an element, etc.) will be free of charge up to 3 feedback passes.✦ I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I will do my best to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.✦ Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 4 weeks. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the client.✦ The client may request WIP at any point of the process.✦ If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

✦ I accept payment in USD (Wise and Paypal) using Paypal/Wise Invoices, or CAD (Interac E-transfer).✦ Non-payment within 48 hours when claiming the slot will result in the commission being cancelled.✦ The purchase is for the digital artwork, not prints.✦ By paying for this purchase, you agree you are the cardholder of the card that's linked with this PayPal or Wise account. If by any chance, I receive a chargeback because the purchase was not made by the cardholder, I take no responsibility over it. It is not my responsibility to make sure you are the authorized cardholder.

✦ If the commission is cancelled (by the artist or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.✦ If the commission is cancelled by the artist after work has started then the client will receive a partial refund depending on which stage the commission is at.✦ If the commission is cancelled by the client after work has started, no refunds will be given.✦ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
